Update...

So this was a few weeks ago. Davin got to play the piano and he loved it! Grammie liked it lots though too. He got to see his cousin Gauge, Uncle Tim and Aunt Shelly, grandma and pop, and lots of other family! Sure makes it hard living far away from them, we didn't want to say goodbye!


So it has been awhile since I've posted so a few milestones have occurred:
-Davin is about a week away from crawling (he ALMOST has it!)
-He is cutting four teeth (two are actually poking through)
-He is eating big kid food! (rice cereal, sweet potato, bananas so far...)

So for those of you who don't know, I am working just sixteen hours a week and doug is going to school full-time and working full-time but we both managed to get our schedules so that we can stay home with baby except on thursdays only for an hour and a half. But that is about as much as I can handle. Life sure is busy, and rewarding, and challenging.... (need I go on?)

Getting so big!

I can't believe how big he is getting! He can roll over now both ways and sit up for a little bit but he gets better at all of it every day. The joys of being a mom, what a sweet blessing he is in our lives.

So, Davin will be four months old in two days! He has been such a big boy, rolling over & finding his feet. He loves to talk and just recently started bouncing to music. It is so amazing to watch them grow and learn so rapidly. He really is a sweet baby (maybe I'm bias) but he has a very calm personality. And he definitely has his daddy's facial expressions. It is very funny. I decided to add a pic in his blessing outfit for those of you who wanted to see!

So I decided the main reason I wanted to do this is because my family lives ten hours away from me! I figured this would be the best way that my mom could just pop on-line and see what we are up to! And to all of you that have been badgering me about starting one... here it goes! Now how do I add pics, change background, etc?
